Students entering seventh grade must be up to date on required vaccinations BEFORE starting school in the fall. Students will not be permitted to start school until documentation of the immunizations is on file with the school nurse.
Tdap and MCV (Meningitis) vaccines are required for 7th grade entry. HPV (Human papillomavirus) vaccine is strongly recommended along with these vaccines, but is not required for 7th grade entry. Make an appointment with your pediatrician now to avoid the back-to-school rush.
If you choose to decline these required vaccinations, a signed exemption form must be on file with the school nurse.
