TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)

​TOPS Club, Inc. is a nonprofit weight-loss education and support organization. Our members refer to us simply as TOPS, which stands for Take Off Pounds Sensibly. We focus on developing healthy lifestyles through weight management and sponsor research to find the root cause and effective treatment of the disease of obesity.

Free TOPS memberships are available for Allegany County residents while supplies last. The Allegany County Health Department also supports community organizations interested in operating their own TOPS chapters.
